The first part of the workshop focuses on “how to breathe to feel calmer and happier”. Our breath is vital to life. Unfortunately, stresses of modern life cause us to develop shallow, quick and tense breathing habits. These poor breathing habits deprive our bodies of oxygen and can lead to unnecessary health issues. I will show you how to cultivate simple conscious breathing techniques so you can conquer stress while improving your overall health.
The second part of this workshop is all about "restoring inner peace deep within yourself". Rahanni Celestial Healing is a beautiful, loving energy that offers happiness and an immense sense of inner peace and calmness in the mind. It is a wonderful healing therapy for those that may be feeling particularly stressed or out of balance and in need of a more positive outlook. It is also beneficial for those who simply feel the need to take “time out” from the busy world we live in as it promotes relaxation, general health and wellbeing.
